Survival is all about balance. As a LPC, my mission is to listen, support and advise individuals with mental challenges to live a balanced stress free lifestyle. I have been practicing counseling for over 10 years in acute, inpatient, outpatient, school, in-home, community and private sectors.
My counseling style is eclectic, however my most commonly used practices are solution focused, cognitive behavioral therapy, reality therapy, family systems, and client-centered. Techniques used are drawn from different counseling perspectives in order to meet the clients' individual needs and strengths.
