I specialize in working with multicultural individuals, in particular with South Asian/Middle Eastern natives, as well as those affected by issues related to chronic illnesses, parenting, immigration, and spirituality. In addition to fluent languages listed, I have basic knowledge of Arabic, Punjabi, and Spanish.
This is the first step to seeking change - finding the right fit. It is not an easy decision, but it's one you may have been putting off for some time.
