I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 7 years of experience in the mental health field. I am passionate, motivated, highly empathetic, and dedicated to helping teens and adults work through a wide variety of life challenges, including depression, isolation and loneliness, anxiety, panic attacks, PTSD, trauma, adjustment disorders, and relationship issues. I earned my Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from Stony Brook University, and since then, I’ve devoted myself to assisting individuals struggling with diverse mental health concerns.

My approach to treatment is holistic, balancing traditional cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) with "third wave" and positive psychology techniques. These methods focus not only on changing problematic thoughts and behaviors but also on enhancing spiritual and emotional health by promoting happiness, mindfulness, meaning, and purpose.
