Gestalt Therapy Group - No Openings At This Time
Using a Gestalt approach, this psychotherapy group will provide a safe and intimate environment for doing personal work. Each session will be devoted to one in-depth piece of work. Those witnessing will have the opportunity to share their parallel process, referencing their own experience and not that of the person working. This is an opportunity to receive the benefits of individual therapy at a reduced rate with the additional benefit of the support of a group.

Explore your voice in a safe and intimate group. Learn how it speaks for you. Meditations will incorporate sound and silence to support inner growth and to provide a ground for relating with others. Each week one or more members will have the opportunity to present a personal issue to explore within the group.
