Hi, I’m N. Renee’ Smith. I offer in-office counseling in Mineola, TX for children as young as 3, teens, young adults, and parents, plus virtual appointments for ages 10+. I know reaching out for counseling can feel overwhelming or even scary. My goal is to provide a warm, safe, welcoming space where you feel seen, heard, and accepted. Together, we’ll work through challenges, build coping skills, strengthen communication, and develop confidence, resilience, and hope. Together, we’ll work to understand what’s getting in the way, challenges your facing, develop new skills, and work toward meaningful change.
With over 25 years of experience supporting children, I use a flexible, individualized approach that blends play therapy, engaging activities, solution-focused strategies, person-centered methods, and talk therapy. I create a nurturing, safe space where children can explore, express themselves, build skills, and grow with confidence, curiosity, & resilience.
Whether supporting children with behavioral challenges, ADHD, academic struggles, or emotional concerns, I strive to make counseling a positive, collaborative, & deeply empowering experience.
