As a therapist, I am dedicated to providing treatment to children, adolescents, and their families in a warm, caring environment. Coping with your child's behavior, diagnosis, or disability can be quite distressing. I identify both your child's strengths as well as challenges to determine the focus of treatment. Therapy is a collaborative model with parents to foster the development of social, emotional, behavioral, and cognitive skills. I believe it is important to coordinate services with psychiatrists, school staff, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and other professionals to provide the most comprehensive treatment for your child.
I have extensive knowledge and experience in the treatment of children with autism and Asperger's. I provide evidence-based treatment for a wide range of ages and levels of functioning. Early intervention is crucial for infants and toddlers identified at risk for autism or other developmental disorders.
I have 20 years of experience in the areas of child development and behavioral issues. With my years working with children, I can provide treatment for many childhood disorders including anxiety and fears; childhood depression; obsessive compulsive disorders; and severe behavior issues.

LEGO-Based Therapy
LEGO-Based Therapy is peer-led and peer-based intervention that utilizes the child's natural interest in constructive play. The LEGO Club requires joint task focus, shared attention, mutual goals, depending on one another, and communicating effectively. This therapy is appropriate for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, social development and communication difficulties, social anxiety, depression and adjustment disorders.
