I'm a former classroom teacher with 17 years of classroom experience, and I am also a practicing certified school counselor. I utilize a strength-based, client-centered approach to therapy. My intent is to build on the inherent strengths of each client to facilitate growth and positive change. I integrate various types of therapy in my work with clients.
