Are you struggling with emotions that you don't know what to do with? Are you stuck in thought processes that are unhelpful, yet you are not sure how to change them? Do you want to learn how to regulate emotion, reduce stress, improve relationships, improve communication, reduce unwanted emotion, and feel comfortable in your own body? These are just a few of the things that I work with clients on, and I can work with you as well. I believe we are all humans doing the best that we can, and sometimes the best thing we can do is ask for help.
I work mostly with anxiety, depression, panic, trauma, grief, and stress, although there are many additional stressors and diagnosis that I have been successful at helping clients with. If we work together, we will set goals and I will help you find ways to achieve them using new skills and shifting perspectives.
The most important part of working clients is understanding this is your journey. I'm not here to judge or tell you what to do, I am here to listen and help you gain perspective, make adjustments, learn about yourself, and find practical ways to implement the change you are looking for.
