I offer counseling sessions during daytime and evening hours for individuals and couples for topics of concern including Depression, Dual Diagnosis, Codependency, Anxiety/Stress, Communication issues, Trust issues, Loneliness, Emotional intimacy, Trauma/PTSD, Traumatic Brain Injury and Self-esteem issues. I specialize in working with clients struggling with Anxiety/Trauma and Depression. I am a certified EMDR Therapist trained to treat Trauma and Abuse. I have collaboratively worked with clients for 18 years to help them learn healthy coping skills, self-soothing skills to regulate emotions, and effectively learn new ways to perceive life situations.
