I specialize in working with clients struggling with Anxiety/Trauma and Depression. I am a certified EMDR Therapist trained to treat Trauma and Abuse. I have collaboratively worked with clients for 18 years to help them learn healthy coping skills, self-soothing skills to regulate emotions, and effectively learn new ways to perceive life situations.
