About
I believe people need a listening ear to work through difficult times. I see psychotherapy as an avenue to help people heal. Whether a person is struggling with issues at home, school or work, everyone needs treatment free of judgement. I am honest & straight-forward in my approach. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults and people with special needs who struggle with anxiety, depression, relationships and more. I believe a therapist should be positive and motivational to bring about change in a client's life. My goal is to work with in collaboration with me to find solutions to their emotional health concerns.
I utilize CBT, Mindfulness & Play therapy evidence-based approaches but adapt therapeutic interventions and techniques to the client condition and health needs. I'm bilingual & bicultural and work with people of all backgrounds. I, also, offer group presentations on mental health topics to schools, agencies and organizations.
Empowering clients to change & heal is my ultimate goal. My services are open to all who seek to change & improve their quality of life. My schedule is flexible to suit the clients schedules which includes weekends.
