I help teens and adults work through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and anger by offering a supportive space and evidence-based tools like CBT, DBT, and TF-CBT. I specialize in building self-esteem, improving relationships, and helping clients understand themselves more deeply so they can grow, heal, and live more fulfilling lives.
