Myrna L Frank's Groups
Adult Interpersonal Group - online for now
This mixed gender psychotherapy group meets weekly - it used to be in Bethesda but is now online (we will likely do some hybrid of in-person in Silver Spring and online in the future). Groups sessions are facilitated in a way that maximizes self growth as members share thoughts, feelings and personal experiences. We talk about relationships, depression, anxiety, career challenges, appearance issues and other important concerns. Members are encouraged to use the group to practice new behaviors within the safety of a supportive and comfortable environment. Group is an affordable - $100 a session - and a very effective treatment modality!
