Life can be challenging. Especially in this time of social distancing. It is not unusual to experience fear, confusion, depression and anxiety. It takes courage to admit that you need help and once you are able to admit that, you have taken the very important first step. The important thing is to find the correct person to talk through these issues with and I would like to be that person for you.
My specialties are disordered eating, emotional eating and I am experienced in working with individuals that are having or have had weight loss surgery. I have been working with clients dealing with depression, anxiety and isolation. I enjoy individual, couple and group work. I use a variety of skills for an integrative approach.
Clients find my calm, empathetic and caring manner easy to confide in. It allows for self-expression, trust and feelings of safety. They find me experienced and knowledgeable. Each client has their own unique path to healing and it is my passion to work with individuals eager to make positive changes in their life.
