I work with clients on a wide range of issues, such as depression, anxiety, anger, codependency, sexual addictions, and sexual identity concerns. I approach these struggles as symptoms of deeper, underlying issues, and partner with you to uncover and address those root causes. I also specialize in working with individuals who have experienced sexual or emotional trauma, whether it is single-event, childhood, or ongoing trauma. T support healing, I have completed basic training in EMDR therapy, a proven method for processing overcoming trauma and PTSD. I strive to create a safe and supportive space to help you find healing.
My counseling includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy which provide practical tools, goal-setting strategies, and mindfulness techniques to support lasting change. Additionally, I am a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist, offering specialized support for individuals struggling with addiction.
As a Christian counselor, I offer a unique perspective for those wanting to incorporate biblical truth into their counseling journey. While I work from a biblical perspective, my role is not to impose my beliefs or values.
