I help men and women navigate trauma, depression, family conflict, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions through honest, relatable, and collaborative therapy. Using Narrative Therapy, CBT, Solution Focused, and Person Centered approaches, I tailor each session to what’s needed in the moment.
