Life can feel overwhelming at times, especially for children, teens, and young adults navigating difficult emotions, relationships, trauma, or life changes. I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to heal and grow.
I work with children, adolescents, and young adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, behavioral concerns, grief, self-esteem struggles, family conflict, attachment wounds, and life transitions. I am especially passionate about supporting individuals who may struggle to feel emotionally safe and understood.
My approach to therapy is warm, compassionate, and relationship-centered. I strive to create a welcoming and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable showing up as their authentic selves. I use person-centered, trauma-informed, strengths-based, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals
