Accepting new clients: In-Person & Telehealth, evening available. My Serenity is a holistic group practice & we primarily focus on working with people that may be experiencing issues from Anxiety, issues of attachment trauma, unresolved past emotional abuse, PTSD, and healing. Abuse may affect us socially, with relationships, feel as though we have lost a part of ourselves & may experience anxiety/depression, lack confidence, perhaps become people pleasers. Our team is here to help, we specialize in this type of work to support you to break these patterns. We will meet you were you are at emotionally.

Sick and Tired of 2020!

Let's create a Telehealth group where we can discuss how tired we are about 2020. This is a safe place where members can discuss feelings about the adjustments having to make this year, share coping tools and learn some new ways to deal with the chaos of the year too. This is a processing group where members can meet others going through similar challenges. Let's hear your voice in a platform geared to continue to support you during these challenging times.
