About
When you have grown up in unsafe & unstable homes, where there was emotional abuse or neglect we can develop unhealthy attachments, anxieties within relationships, patterns of unhappiness in life. I understand you. We can lack confidence & feel stuck in our thoughts. Building awareness is key while attuning to our mind & body for healing through mindfulness. We can learn to be self-compassionate, and from a holistic approach practice helpful tools. Medication can help some people, but I have experienced health without. My specialty is working with Complex Trauma/ Childhood Trauma/Attachment/PTSD & comorbidity of anxiety/depression.
I work with individuals, & couples towards improving themselves and with their relationships. I am a certified Trauma Professional and also practice Cognitive Behavioral, & other approaches. I attune to your specific needs & build upon your strengths, explore internal feelings, support our findings & provide helpful tools to assist with meeting your goals.
MSMW is a safe Group Practice, a place for you to unload your troubles, cultivate greater happiness in your life by encouraging clients freedom of expression. Let us tell you how we can help, let's set up a Free Consultation & “spoon your way to health.”

My Serenity Mental Wellness's Groups
Sick and Tired of 2020!
Let's create a Telehealth group where we can discuss how tired we are about 2020. This is a safe place where members can discuss feelings about the adjustments having to make this year, share coping tools and learn some new ways to deal with the chaos of the year too. This is a processing group where members can meet others going through similar challenges. Let's hear your voice in a platform geared to continue to support you during these challenging times.
