Our practice provides expert care for folks with ADHD, Autism, and other neurodivergent identities. We rely on neurodivergent-affirming, strengths-based practices to help our clients see the best in themselves, develop healthy coping skills and boundaries, and meet personal goals through individual therapy, social groups, and executive functioning coaching. We also provide Autism assessments for adults 18 and over.
Our Team
Struggling with your mental health can be scary and serious. It can also be a natural part of growing, making a life transition, or coping in a changing world. My role is to find the most meaningful, effective ways to support you on your journey. My clients come to therapy for many reasons, but my practice was founded to provide expert care for folks with ADHD, Autism, and other neurodivergent identities. My unique approach relies on neurodivergent-affirming, strengths-based practices to help my clients see the best in themselves, develop healthy coping skills and boundaries, and meet personal goals.

Feeling misunderstood, self-conscious, and/or pressured to mask your true self takes a toll. My office is a space where you can be your full, authentic self–no explanation necessary.
I specialize in work with LGBTQIA2S+ and neurodivergent populations facing various mental health challenges. In a world where marginalized folx are often pushed aside, my practice brings you back to center stage, where you belong.

I became a therapist because I believe people can do hard things, especially with the right support alongside them. I work with children, teens and adults who deserve for someone to meet them where they are at, and empower them to make positive change. I also believe therapy for children and teens is best done with the whole child and whole family in mind, and can provide family sessions as needed.
