These services are designed to help you take important steps towards achieving your goals. Therapy Services include individual, family, couples, and group counseling, as well as ADHD Coaching. Our clinicians have an array of clinical expertise and provide individualized, supportive and solution-focused services across many areas. Teletherapy is available. We are currently accepting therapy clients, with more open availability for daytime sessions.

I am a psychologist who has provided psychotherapy and psychological testing services to children, adolescents, and adults for over 30 years. I have developed a particular interest in working with hypersensitive children and in the differential diagnosis of ADHD and Bipolar Disorder. Many of the pervasively hypersensitive children and adolescents with whom I work have come to me with a diagnosis of ADHD, but are then found, after a thorough evaluation, to have either an anxiety or mood disorder. As a therapist who works primarily with children and adolescents, I have found that when children feel understood and valued, they connect.

Footprints was started by a therapist who realized that often times the services provided to low socio-economic communities is lacking quality care. We noticed these communities were confronted with long wait times, disrespectful admins, and subpar treatment. The one and only purpose was to exploit the community for profit without providing the level of care deserved. Feel Better Therapy began from the inspiration to provide quality mental health care to the poorest of communities and treating the clients of this community the same way a rich patient would be treated in a clinic treating affluent clients.

I have years of experience working with children, teens and adults in a variety of settings. I integrate several different approaches to each therapeutic connection to meet individual needs. I have experience with clients ranging from eating disorders, anxiety, depression, headaches, relationship conflicts, ADHD and more. I specialize in life transitions, anxiety, ADHD, behavioral issues, college transitions, family of origin issues, relationships, parenting, self-esteem, social anxiety, social skills, trauma, and women's issues such as pregnancy and postpartum depression and anxiety. I am trained in Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) and Psychological First Aid (PFA) and use various evidence-based practices tailored to your individual needs.

I have over 30 years experience working with children and adolescents. I have worked in adolescent inpatient settings as a therapist and Psychologist. I have also worked with adults in outpatient clinic settings. I have had good success working with clients with anger control issues and ADHD features. I have lots of experience working with clients with depression and suicidal ideation. I have also done family therapy as well. I also have over 20 years experience coaching a variety sports at the high school level.

A seasoned Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist, I obtained my Master's in Clinical Social Work from the prestigious Fordham University's Advanced Standing Program, specializing in therapy for couples, individuals, and young people. I further honed my expertise with a postgraduate degree from the Albert Ellis Institute.

Sometimes life can be difficult to manage-especially with all of the demands it brings: family, relationships, career, school.
