Kevin Armstrong provides professional counseling to families, couples and adult individuals. Kevin received his undergraduate degree from Mississippi State University and his Masters of Arts in Counseling from Colorado Christian University. Kevin is dedicated to providing the highest standard of professional service while remaining respectful, nonjudgmental, and is well equipped to address a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, marriage and family problems, addiction, parenting difficulties, and more.

I have had the privilege and opportunity to guide women through anxiety, depression, addiction recovery, trauma & abuse recovery, and more. As a Telehealth certified therapist who offers late afternoon appointment times (5:30 and 6:30 appointment times are currently available for new clients), I'm able to help provide better access to therapy for many individuals. I offer face to face telehealth therapy sessions to teenage girls and women in Mississippi at times that are perfect for after school or work.

I will work with you to identify past survivor skills that have become destructive patterns influencing daily living. These survival skills are often related to substance abuse, mental illness or trauma from past or current relationships. We will Identify destructive behaviors and cognitions while decreasing trauma influence. This opens space to create positive cognitions and boundaries.
