I specialize in working with people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, generational trauma, domestic violence, and eating disorders, including poor self-esteem, confidence, and body image. I particularly enjoy working with women, the LGBTQIA+ community, trauma survivors, and children/adolescents.

I mainly work with young adults with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and those going through a transitional stage in their lives, I also have experience with adults and couples. I have a very upbeat and open-minded approach mainly utilizing CBT and Motivational Interviewing.
