Anyone who is having any type of experiences that they would like help getting through. Whether it is issues with school, family, or any other life experience. Sometimes we struggle with getting our feelings out there, and in turn struggle with dealing with those problems or feelings. I feel that a start to overcoming anything is by talking it out and putting it all out there so that the problem solving process can begin. A client that wants to take steps towards making things better for themselves provides a starting foundation to starting that process.
My style is largely person centered, while also emphasizing the worker/client relationship. Therapy with me is a focus on your needs and goals through communication and planning. Through the use of many strategies such as CBT and Talk Therapy, we can build an open space where problem solving can happen.
