What we wish to achieve in our lives both mentally and emotionally is unique to each of us, however needing support at some point in one's life I believe is universal. I am a counselor licensed in Michigan with over 10 years of experience working as a therapist in individual, family and group settings. My counseling style is open and non-judgmental. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My approaches can combine cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic, strength based, and solution focused therapy.
I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship and communication issues, parenting concerns, family dynamics, negative thought stopping and self-esteem concerns.
