Coming from a traumatic background I've had to do a great deal of my own healing. Starting the healing journey was a very difficult process, however, in identifying a great support system and seeking therapeutic services on my own I was able to experience tremendous growth and change. You are not alone and it is possible to experience healthy change and heal old wounds. I am eclectic in my therapeutic approach and use a blend of Cognitive Behavioral, Motivational Interviewing, EMDR, Play Therapy Techniques, Integrative Gestalt Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, and psycho-education to individuals ages two and up.

My ideal client is one who feels that they are stuck and has found it hard to find a way out. They are seeking purpose and are tired of living an unfulfilled life. They may have made some mistakes and need assistance on the journey of reconciliation. They could be dealing with a loss so detrimental that it has halted any forward progress in life and they now need to understand the new person they will become. They could have suffered tremendously at the hands of others and the pain of the past is still present and they need to find away to make sense of it all. My ideal client has been afflicted with the human condition.

Hello animal lovers! I work with children, teens, and their families for a holistic experience. A person is a whole of many parts, and therefore I tackle issues from multiple perspectives, including relationships, external, health, behavioral, and internal. I enjoy making therapy a relaxing and enjoyable experience in which I can really get to know my client and utilize their strengths. I love engaging in play therapy, art, and music to help my clients adopt healthy coping skills in a hands-on way. Also, we're ALL about animals over here.
