HELLO. Your courage brought you this far and I would like to warmly welcome you to Brave Space Counseling & Wellness. As a creative psychotherapist, I am deeply fulfilled by the opportunity to help children, adolescents, and adults in a way that is strength, action and compassion based, as everyone is deserving of a therapeutic environment that meets their unique treatment needs. My work as a therapist is integrative, which allows me to collaborate with you throughout the therapeutic process to guide you, your family and children towards feeling heard, grounded and successful.
I work with children as young as 3-years-old, adolescents, perinatal adults, new parents and families in high conflict. My expertise is in utilizing play and the creative arts therapies to address trauma, anxiety, and self-esteem, as well as family transitions & dynamics. Additionally, my acumen is foundational to clinical supervision offerings.
Being a parent myself, I am able to combine my expertise and skills, with personal experience and compassion to authentically support, children and families, as well as birthing people who experience perinatal challenges and adjustments into parenthood.
