Sometimes it really makes sense to have a confidential setting to talk about overwhelming feelings or difficult circumstances. I have many years of experience helping people find their strengths in challenging situations. I use techniques that help people reduce depression and anxiety and increase feelings of well-being. I enjoy helping my clients develop skills that they can use independently. Currently, my caseload is full, and I am not taking new clients.
I like to support people in cultivating an individual approach that really works! I find it helpful to create a positive, supportive therapeutic relationship. It's also empowering for my clients to explore their strengths and develop inner and outer resources. Integrating important life experiences makes it easier to move toward goals.
