I am an LPC Associate at Addison Therapy Associates in Dallas, TX, passionate about helping clients discover their inner strength and resilience. Trauma Recovery: Whether stemming from childhood or adulthood, trauma/PTSD has a profound impact on peoples day-to-day life. I work with clients to process and reframe traumatic experiences, reducing the power it has over current emotions and behaviors. I also work with children, utilizing play therapy to help them recover from traumatic experiences.

Neurodivergent Clients: People with ADHD, autism, or other neurodivergent traits often feel misunderstood in a world that doesn’t always accommodate their needs. I can help clients embrace their neurodiversity and navigate life in a way that honors their unique strengths utilizing evidence based approaches that are neurodiversity affirming.
