I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and the emotional weight that can come with life’s many transitions. Whether you’re moving through past trauma, shifts in identity or relationships, experiences around fertility or parenthood, grief and loss, you don’t have to carry it alone. My goal is to create a space where you feel deeply heard, understood, and supported, meeting you exactly where you are, even in life’s most difficult seasons.
In my practice, I use a psychodynamic lens, integrating culture, attachment theory, and neurobiology, all while striving to ground my work in empathy, compassion, and authenticity. I have a strong commitment to trauma-informed care and prioritize understanding the entirety of a person including sociocultural systems that influence a persons worldview.
I stay up to date with the latest research, trauma training, and emerging ideas in the mental health field. In addition to providing therapy, I offer clinical supervision as part of my commitment to education and growth in the profession.
