Katie received her Bachelor’s degree in Human Services from Elon University her Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University.

Kimberly Plourde is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the states of Maine and Virginia with many years of experience in the fields of mental health and child welfare. We are all impacted by traumatic events or serious life stressors, which can make us stronger. Kimberly has a desire to help people find the strength and joy that can come through healing the wounds from those events. Kimberly enjoys working with individuals, couples, and families. She brings a warm and friendly approach to this very important process.

I have experience working in the field of mental health for over ten years, providing both inpatient and outpatient services. My experience includes treating adults and adolescents struggling with depression/anxiety and emotion regulation, substance abuse, trauma-related concerns, and serious mental illnesses. Lora "Leanne" Dudley is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who has over 10 years of experience in providing clinical assessment and therapeutic care to adults and couples seeking assistance with depression/anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and post-traumatic stress. Leanne completed her Master of Social Work (MSW) at Radford University.

I work with individuals who are struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, adjustment, stress, anger management, attention deficit, and relationship issues. Symptoms related to these issues can include feelings of hopelessness, lack of interest in activities that used to bring pleasure, change in appetite, significant weight gain or loss, difficulty sleeping, excessive worry, irritability, mood swings, and difficulty concentrating. Sometimes these symptoms can be overwhelming and uncomfortable. I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches based on treatment goals and how an individual processes thoughts and emotions.

Dr. Deneen Evans has over 30 years experience partnering with diverse clients. Her practice is based on principles of social justice, diversity and inclusion and she empowers clients to restore their mental wellness by identifying their strengths and resources. Dr. Evans enjoys working with teenagers, women and families and has experience with issues related to depression, anxiety, grief, disability, racial identity and trauma.

Cassandra Johnson, preferably called Cassie, is an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Registered Nurse (LCSW, RN). She more than 20 years of experience in holistic care, combining clinical counseling and health care to practice. Cassie is passionate about helping children, adolescents, adults, and couples address their unique challenges and live more fulfilled lives. She specializes in mood disorders, depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship issues, and major life transitions.

Jennie Brogan (pronouns she/her/they) is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 8 years of experience working with individuals in various counseling arenas. Jennie specializes in topics related to sex and sexuality, sex therapy, couples/relationship therapy, LGBTQ+ issues, "alternative lifestyles," religion & faith, and the intersection of sex and faith. She has been successful in treating clients with depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, grief and loss, adjustment disorders, and self-esteem issues. She has helped individuals develop healthy relationships, confidence, assertiveness, and communication skills.

From day one I seek to help clients reach autonomy through treatment. Counseling, for the majority of individuals, is not something that should last a lifetime. Focusing on your goals, identifying barriers to progress, and seeking how to sustain the progress you have made is my philosophy.

Julie Neely is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who has over 15 years of professional experience working with children, teens, and adults in a wide variety of settings, including community mental health and school-based environments. She specializes in treating concerns or conditions related to anxiety, anger, depression, chronic stress, ADHD, women's issues, panic-related problems, and spirituality-based issues. Julie earned her Master of Arts (MA) in Counselor Education at Virginia Tech.

Ashly Bradley is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Virginia who has over 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and families in a variety of settings.
