I have been working with people experiencing PTSD, Depression/Anxiety. Drug Addiction, Bipolar Disorder, and Family issues... My general position is that our emotions serve a purpose, (like a check engine light on the dashboard of a car). After we check and repair the engine, the light goes out... If the issue remains unchecked and unrepaired, the light gets stronger and more insistent... I will work hand-in-hand with Psychiatrists, Psychologists, and MD's, if needed. However, I believe that the use of meds is only one step on the road to recovery.

Roxanne Roussett is a Licensed Professional Counselor who received her Master of Arts in Counseling from the University of Texas at San Antonio. She has gained extensive experience from working with a variety of populations in a non-profit mental health agency, community college, and private counseling center. Currently, some of her clinical interests include working with children (6 years+) and adults, who are dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief/loss, and chronic stress.

Often one is asked what is wrong with you when they should be asking what happened to you. Raquel Espino is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who has years of experience. Raquel specializes in concerns related to anxiety, stress, life transitions, depression, and interpersonal relationships.

lektje Stephens (Licensed under her maiden name: Iektje van Bolhuis) received her Ph.D. in School Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin and trained for two years at the Austin Psychology and Assessment Center prior to licensure. Iektje provides therapy for many different challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism spectrum, life transitions, and relationship issues. She provides both individual and couples therapy.

Paul DeLew is a Licensed Professional Counselor and graduated from National Louis University in Chicago. He has experience in treating a wide range of mental Illnesses, including panic disorder, ADHD, generalized anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, substance abuse, addiction, trauma, and sexual abuse. He treats adolescents, young adults, and adults, creating a specialized treatment to best help each client.

James is a licensed clinical social worker.His practice spans over 26 years (post licensure), and he works with children, teenagers, and adults seeking help with a variety of issues. Areas of work he has done with clients include:healing from trauma; coping with depression and bipolar disorder; managing impulse control and disruptive behavior disorders; working out marital and family problems; coping with addictions and substance abuse; grief work; career counseling; and effectively managing life transitions. James specializes in working with children and families.

Hannah Masso is an LPC in Texas, who has been practicing since 2018. She graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelor's of science in Psychology and earned a Masters of arts in Clinical psychology from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. Hannah likes to include positive psychology during sessions and uses a mix of cognitive behavior therapy, person centered therapy, and solution focused therapy. She works with LGBTQIA+ individuals, as well as those dealing with woman issues, life transitions, and people who may feel lost.

I believe in the resilience and strength of the individual. But I also understand that without the right support and care, life’s challenges can feel overwhelming. Everyone deserves a space in which they can better understand themselves within a relationship that lacks judgement. It is through relationship building, compassion, storytelling, humor, and genuine connection that I build safety my with clients and meet vulnerability with validation. I value the uniqueness of my clients, and believe that curiosity and compassion is what empowers change in individuals, couples, & families.

Emotional, psychological, and interpersonal/social growth is a continual process of self transformation and change. As a therapist, I like to build a strong non-judgmental relationship with patients in order to encourage safety and the comfort needed to explore and resolve the life struggles that have led you to counseling. I use cognitive behavioral therapy to pin down problem areas in thinking that ultimately affect our relationships, self-worth, and perspective in an unhealthy way. I work towards assisting individuals towards their own therapeutic goals in a structured manner that aims at efficiently providing tools and the knowledge necessary to overcome current and future life stressors.

I've been a therapist for over 40 years and thoroughly enjoy my work. I understand the personal nature of therapy and the difficulty it takes to ask for help when already feeling overwhelmed and vulnerable.
