Hello, my name is Rebecca Bartle. My master's degree is in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), licensed in Texas and West Virginia. I have over 30 years' experience working in the field of mental health, wellness and recovery. I use a wholistic, person centered approach in collaboration with clients to assist them in defining goals, cultivating insight, designing beneficial solutions for change and working through challenges. It would be an honor to work with you to chart a course for growth, healing or change that you are striving toward.

I specialize in counseling grief and loss from a unique experiential perspective, as I was widowed in my late thirties. This was my underlying motivation to return to graduate school in my early fifties to enter the counseling profession. I have a passion to help others through loss in the same way that I was helped. I also specialize in counseling for substance abuse and its effects on individuals and their loved ones, using both Twelve Step and cognitive behavioral approaches.
