My professional experience has been with children and families and the challenges adults face as they create relationships or families of their own.

As a licensed therapist I offer counseling and consultation services to individuals, couples and families using Cognitive Behavioral, Family Systems, Psychodynamic and Solution Focused techniques. My treatment approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients resolve current problems and long-standing patterns.

Benjamin Long is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 4 years of experience in the mental health field working with individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan and with varying needs. He enjoys exploring how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are influenced by the different institutions and systems people engage with to identify different areas of intervention. This supports his engaging and collaborative approach that strives to bring positive, creative energies into the therapy room. Ben completed his Master of Mental Health Counseling at William James College with a concentration in Couples and Family Therapy.

I feel I am a different kind of counselor, because there is not a sense of separation between client and counselor. Clients are often impressed with how quickly times goes in session, they explain, "it's like talking to a good friend", "you make me feel so comfortable and not judged". We still get the work done just as effectively, but prepare to feel more relaxed....our offices are homey and comfortable. We kick our feet up on a coffee table, and chat in a way that allows people to feel more like talking to a friend than a stranger.

(I am currently doing only telehealth, due to the pandemic.) I have had the good fortune to have had the opportunity, the training, and the experience to work with a wide variety of presenting issues. My primary work is with major life transitions, and also with stress, anxiety, trauma, depression and dysfunctional family-of-origin issues. My focus is holistic.

I like to provide a warm and inviting atmosphere when you come to my office. Soft lighting, comfortable seating, and a relaxed feeling as if you were at home in your living room. I see people for individual, couples/marital, and family therapy. I treat anxiety, depression, PTSD, anger management, and life stage transitions such as high school/college graduation, retirement, and early exit from the workforce due to disability. My work hours are M-F from 12-8 pm, 7 pm is my last appointment time of the day. Please note, I do not see children under the age of 13.

Kelly Baldwin is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) with over 5 years of experience in the mental health and substance use fields. She is passionate about helping individuals and couples navigate challenges and live balanced lives. Kelly specializes in working with Veterans in different phases of deployment, individuals in addiction as well as trauma, grief, and life transitions.

Coleen Wood is licensed in New Hampshire as an Independent Clinical Social Worker. Coleen's practice includes children, adolescents, families, adults and couples. She has been providing mental health care in community settings for over 25 years. Coleen specializes in strengths-based treatment which includes coordination with schools, medical professionals and other other agencies as desired.

My focus is to mindfully assist you towards well being including, but not limited to, freedom from anxiety, depression, addiction symptoms, trauma, physical pain, impulsivity and the resolution of grief.
