My name is Rebecca Ehle. For the past 30 years, my passion has been to help people find ways to improve their mental health. Even though one of my passions is working with college aged individuals, my ideal client is any adult looking to work on and better themselves. When you are open and honest about needing help and playing an active role in your mental health journey that is when real progress can occur. Anxiety, depression, life transitions and relationship issues are my areas of specialty. Anyone dealing with these issues can feel very alone and misunderstood. But they don't have to, because that is where therapy comes into play. Being validated, heard, and supported through these difficult times can make the biggest impact they may need.

My experience in the mental health field so far has allowed me to help people struggling with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, low self-esteem/self-worth, body issues, gender and sexuality, anger management, family conflicts, and relationship issues. My passion for this field has helped improve my commitment, focus, inclusivity, and empathy to best help those seeking therapy services.

Due to my variety of professional and relatable life experiences I value the privilege to work collaboratively with children, adolescents and adults to attain successful outcomes in areas of life transitions, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, anger management, and domestic violence. Prior to working in private practice, I worked as a school social worker providing therapy and advocating for adolescents, young children, and families. I have also worked with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder for 3 years.

Please note at present I am only accepting new clients for psychological evaluations. I am a clinical therapist with a Limited Licensed Psychologist licensure in Michigan. Prior to obtaining the master degree in Counseling Psychology, I had a PhD in the filed of biomedical science, with a focus on neuroscience. I am passionate in helping clients with presenting issues including academic performance, childhood traumas, chronic anxiety and depression, long-term relationship conflicts or unable to form satisfactory relationships due to attachment issues, as well as spiritual development.
