I have been in practice for the last 21 years. I see primarily adult individuals (that is persons 17 years or older). Trauma and PTSD represent the major focus of my practice. Trauma is a dysregulation of the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems. Such dysregulation is represented by the diagnoses of PTSD, Acute Stress Disorder, Depression and Anxiety among other disorders.

I offer individual telehealth therapy to adults of all ages, through a user-friendly, HIPAA compliant platform. I accept Medicare and most commercial insurances as well as out-of-pocket payment. I have more than 19 years of experience collaborating with clients to successfully address a variety of behavioral, relationship and challenging life issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, loss, life transitions, substance abuse and infidelity. I utilize a number of therapeutic modalities, depending on the issue to be addressed, including cognitive behavioral, humanistic, self psychology, motivational interviewing and EMDR.

My approach to treatment is supportive, collaborative and based on engaging personal strengths and inner resources. I believe in focusing on the current situation in peoples' lives and exploring the past as long as it has a demonstrable benefit for a client's present-day functioning. Naomi Dyson is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) who is experienced with counseling adults through life transitions, relationship issues, chronic and acute health issues, caregiver stress, depression, and anxiety. Naomi is also passionate about supporting healthcare workers and other frontline workers during these difficult times, and she has 4 years of experience within the medical environment.

I am a substance abuse and mental health counselor, who genuinely enjoys working with people. I believe almost all people who suffer with an addiction have an underlying mental health issue, trauma, depression, anxiety and low self esteem. I understand that addiction renders you powerless and in many cases extreme embarrassment. Mental health issues can be equally disabling and embarrassing. I can help you, no shame, embarrassment, just understanding and guidance as you move along your path of recovery. In some cases medication may be recommended and I work with three established Nurse Practitioners who accept referrals.

Kelsey Quinn is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who has been working in the mental health field for 10 years collaborating with a diverse population of adults needing psychotherapeutic counseling and support. Kelsey has provided clinical assessments and therapeutic care to adults seeking assistance with depression/anxiety, substance use disorders, major mental health disorders such as bipolar disorder and schizophrenia, life transitions, and LGBTQIA difficulties. Kelsey completed her bachelor’s degree in Counseling with a minor in Psychology and her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Lesley University.

Danielle Johnson is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who is skilled in providing therapy to individuals ages 15-80 years old. Danielle has over 7 years of clinical experience working with young adults and children, as well as 5 years of crisis management experience with individuals of all ages. Working with a wide scope of the population, Danielle understands the importance of advocating for her clients, even when they are unable to do so for themselves. She also recognizes that it is essential to have a team-based approach in order to create and implement the treatment goals of individual clients.

I believe that building a strong therapeutic alliance, creating a judgment free environment, and that the ability to be empathic are all equally important regarding the therapeutic process. Marsha Weiner is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Massachusetts who has been practicing since 1998. She has a BSW from Syracuse University and an MSW from Barry University. Marsha has proudly been in the field of social work for the last 35 years working with a large variety of populations from Early Intervention, school-based therapy, outpatient mental health, to providing therapy for all ages. She has spent the last 20 years working in a medical setting seeing patients with a wide variety of issues and ages.

I work with children, adolescents and adults to promote learning, healing and growing. As a Client of mine, we focus on your strengths while we work towards managing your setbacks, pressures, and losses that life presents. I am a Recovery Coach and Case Manager at Ocean State Recovery Center. I have a bachelors in Psychology and am currently working on my LCDP supervision hours. I am also a person in longterm recovery and it is my passion to work others and help them in anyway I can to get back on track to a life free from drugs and alcohol.

I work with children, adolescents, families and adults. I treat clients with depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and self-esteem issues. I provide assertiveness education, help family members affected by drug and/or alcohol abuse, assist with parenting skills and stress management. Eileen Garrigan is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. She has been practicing for the past 20 years and works with adults, children, adolescents, couples, and families. Eileen is familiar with working with clients who have experienced or are experiencing trauma, relationship difficulties, anxiety, stress, grief, chronic illness, depression, and life transitions. Eileen has a post-graduate certificate in Family Systems Solution Focused Therapy.

I am a Licensed Social Worker with a passion for decreasing the stigma surrounding mental health and promoting the health and well being of my clients. For my undergraduate degree, I moved from Central Jersey (Yes! It exists!) to South Jersey to attend Stockton University. I received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Social Work with a Minor in Behavioral Neuroscience from Stockton, and then moved on to attend graduate school in Philadelphia. I received my Master of Social Work Degree with a clinical concentration from the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Social Policy and Practice in May of 2020.

My ideal client would be someone who is ready and willing to participate in treatment. I am comfortable with an array of different diagnoses and struggles. Their needs would include working towards tangible goals that we are able to breakdown in the treatment setting. They may want to work on self-esteem, depression, anxiety, PTSD symptoms etc. They would want to minimize their symptoms and improve everyday functioning. The goal would ultimately be to no longer need treatment as they have reached their goals.
