My education as a counseling psychologist was in the client-centered/experiential tradition, and I have been a practicing psychotherapist, teacher, and consultant for the past 28 years. After completing my doctorate, I trained in family systems therapy and have had extensive experience with adolescents and their families, as well as with married couples. In addition to adults and adolescents, my practice has expanded in the past several years to include seniors and other residents in nursing and rehabilitation facilities.
