I am enthusiastic about working with clients navigating the various challenges in their lives. I am passionate about working with individuals aged 16+ who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, relational issues, or life transitions. My specific interests include, transitioning into motherhood/Motherhood challenges, building bridges between parents and their children, aiding families with transitioning elderly loved ones outside of the home, relational difficulties, communication skills, establishing boundaries, depression, anxiety, trauma, and life Transitions over age 18.

You CAN learn to control your anxious reactions! According to NIMH, more than 90% of people with an anxiety disorder will make a good recovery if given appropriate treatment. I use a combination of relaxation and body awareness training and cognitive-behavioral interventions when teaching people to get their anxiety under control.

I specialize in treating children, adolescents and adults with mood disorders, anxiety and depression. I pride myself in providing a warm, safe and caring environment while sharing insight as appropriate. My training as a family therapist has given me skills to provide support in building healthy relationships, restoring hope and finding resilience.

J. Monique Gambles is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Texas who has been practicing since 2019. She received her Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the University of Texas, at Arlington, and her Master of Science Degree in Marriage Family Therapy from Texas Woman's University, Denton. She also has her Master's in Business Administration, Education, and Fine Arts. Monique's therapeutic focus includes couples work, helping couples through marital injuries, and individual counseling helping clients with depression, crisis, identity issues, and anxiety.

Sylvia Trevino is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas who has been practicing since 2015. She obtained a Bachelor's degree from Lubbock Christian University in Family Studies and earned a Master's MA in Counseling from Wayland Baptist University. Sylvia has experience helping clients with anxiety, depression, ADHD, anger issues, substance use issues, suicidal ideation, relationship problems, grief, PTSD, and trauma. In her free time, Sylvia enjoys going to the movies or watching movies at home, going for walks, spending time with grandkids, crafts, crocheting, and decorating.

Cassie believes in meeting the client where they are by utilizing a person-center approach where her clients feel heard and validated. Her hope is through self-awareness, clients gain positive self-growth, achieve stronger self-acceptance, confidence, and meaningful relationships. In her spare time, Cassie enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking/baking, playing with her 3 dogs, building LEGOS with her husband and organizing everything.

Ron Lewis is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas who has been in practice since 2006. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Pastoral Ministry and a Master's degree in Counseling/Psychology, both from Southwestern Assemblies of God University. Ron gives non-judgmental, empathy-based active listening, personal rapport and assumes the role of the client's assistant/helper to guide them from a place of wherever they are to a better place.

Heather Weemes is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas who has been practicing since 2023. She has a Masters in Social Work from Tulane University. Heather helps clients explore their communication and attachment styles "“ both healthy and unhealthy "“ and connect the dots with how these impact connections in their current relationships and daily lives. Heather focuses on increasing self-awareness as it relates to somatic issues and the brain. Heather is passionate about helping clients recognize the impact unresolved trauma and addiction have on mental and physical health.

Angela’s military background and veteran perspectives enrich her relationships with clients. She is deeply committed to working with families, veterans, military families, and the community, aiming to educate and assist individuals with the most recent treatments and family-centered interventions. Her experience spans working with individuals, families, and couples grappling with family issues, grief, domestic violence, substance abuse, PTSD, and trauma. Her goal is to create a safe, supportive space where individuals can explore their emotions, learn coping skills, and build resilience.

I am here to assist you and your family get the help you need. Reaching out for help can be scary and can be the time you feel most alone. My team and I are here to help you determine your goals and develop a solid plan of action to meet your goals. I love helping people figure out how to live the life they want through using your talent and skills and zeroing in on how to monetize on your strengths.
