Her work historically focused on children, adolescents, and families, and this background informs her understanding of and empathy for adults seeking therapy now. Hilary especially loves working with women and couples experiencing infertility, issues that might impact pregnancy, and postpartum disorders.

His approach can be effective in changing one's relationship with unpleasant internal experiences and promoting action in service of valued living.
