My name is Charita Selden, and my primary focus when providing counseling services is to help a client become the best version of themselves, through person-centered services. I have found that there are many times when my clients are seeking services for the first time in their lives and there's often a bit of reticence. I am quite familiar with this feeling, as I too have sought counseling in the past.
