Hello there, thank you for visiting my profile. As a therapist with a diverse cultural and racial background, I use my personal experiences and education to assist my clients in tackling their most sensitive life hurdles. I specialize in helping individuals overcome religious trauma, racial trauma, sexual trauma, and challenges faced in interracial families and multicultural environments.

I am fascinated about how the brain works and how behavior can be adapted and changed if we allow it to happen.I support anxious and depressed people who truly desire to renewal their souls. Self-esteem, stress and conflict management, codependency, and parenting skills are some of the areas that rise my interest. I am specialized in blended and multicultural families. Once these are worked through, it may be easier to appreciate and embrace the here and now.
