I have worked in the mental health and substance abuse field for 14 years, and I am still as passionate about it today as I was back then. I am a Licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC) and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I received my Master's degree in Clinical Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Brainspotting and Somatic processing. I work with adolescents 13-17yrs, adults 18+ and couples.
