I am an interactive, strengths-based therapist focused on listening and helping clients find a path through personal life challenges. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I specialize in working with couples and individuals, in person and online. For couples, I offer an evidence-based blueprint to help you reconnect, communicate, and recapture your intimacy. For individuals, I listen and support you in finding your path and meeting your goals. In addition, I offer individuals an escape to the trails-- talk therapy in nature.
I am here to support you with: relationship issues, adoption, life transitions, managing stress, parenting and co-parenting, coming out, gender identity, exploration of self and purpose, as well as other challenges. Among other specialties, I am a Parent Educator, Certified Narrative Therapist and Level Three Gottman trained Couples Therapist.
