At Multicultural Wellness West (MWW), we utilize a relational approach to working with clients. Our treatment encompasses a variety of therapeutic practices to enhance client strengths and build upon areas requiring support. Our clients vary in therapeutic and cultural needs. We assist clients in actualizing their therapeutic goals, and we identify areas that may block their growth. This is achieved through individual, family and group therapy sessions.
We work with children, adolescents and adults, utilizing evidence based practices to treat emotional and behavioral issues. Some areas of treatment include depression, anxiety, trauma and substance dependence. We also provide family therapy. Our clinicians provide cognitive behavioral therapy, ACT, stress management, neuroscience, group and IOP.
Our clinicians are trained in multiple areas of treatment. We can aid in addressing issues involving school adjustment, family communication and other areas needing support. We are available to help you address your psychological needs, with care and compassion.

Women Trauma Group
Trauma informed group to assist women who are survivors of various types of trauma. The group is therapeutic and will focus on providing survivors with emotional resources, information about the traumatic effects of abuse, opportunities for survivors to discuss their response trauma, as coping skills increase.
