About
The focus and passion of our practice is multicultural counseling using a social justice lense. We work with people who are dealing with issues around sexual orientation, race, gender identity and neurodiversity. We support you in processing how being you in our society affects how you feel about yourself and ultimately your mental health. We want our clients to learn to appreciate the unique gifts that they bring as they process past experiences and achieve their goals.
Making you feel safe and accepted is our main priority. In addition, we will be helping you learn to have tools that will help you manage difficult emotions, relationships, as well as past and current difficulties. All of our therapists use a social justice lense, understanding the impact of how racism, homophobia and transphobia affect mental health.
Once you reach out to us, our intake team will discuss which therapist is the best fit for you. We want to work with to ensure that you are able to meet your goals and that you feel comfortable with your therapist.
