About
I work with people of all ages in various types of counseling including cognitive, narrative, desensitization and couples therapy as well as behavioral modification. My position is to provide an outlet to minimize strain on your personal relationships; I can listen and work through your issues so you don't feel like a burden to your friends and families. We work to overcome situations like depression, anxiety, grief, sexual identity, parents responsible for mentally ill children, children of parents with cognitive impairment, substance abuse and HIV. Our goal is to provide you with the tools you need for personal growth.
I have many years of experience in counseling, substance abuse treatment and case management. My case management experience taught me to find community resources that support finding solutions. I am here to help you discover what you are feeling. I will help you identify your options. I will listen with an open mind and help you find peace within yourself.
