Reflect for a moment and think about the emotions you are experiencing. Now I want you to feel the emotions and sensations inside your body. My passion is to help you heal your intense emotions and thoughts both in a cognitive way, or your mind, and also in a somatic, or body awareness way. Alot of times we try to heal by just talking about our thoughts. It is important for us to know that our body has experienced the emotional or physical pain as well. It is important to listen to, understand, and heal both mind and body.

Just like you, everyone knows there is always more to the story to tell, and I find it best to walk with you, whether short or long term, through your journey and explore and learn more about yourself and find that strength and resilience inside of you. As Christopher Robin said, "You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem.

I enjoy laughter with my friends and being with my family. Nature is a place I love to be in as it offers so much for free. I am a fan of watching football and baseball as well as binge watching a few shows. I am very proud to say I am a cancer survivor and love to empower and support anyone affected by cancer, even their loved ones.
