About
While suffering is a healthy response to unpleasant experiences, you don't want it to linger. Tap into your inner strengths and resources to create a life of love, healing, and freedom.
I believe your healing journey should be as peaceful as possible. Maybe you find traditional therapy a bit "dry," or seek something more inspiring. A Zen approach is worth exploring, as it offers resources for life.
While licensed, my role is that of a coequal mentor, teacher, coach, and, most importantly, trauma survivor. Life is muddy and sometimes it is messy yet always fertile ground for growth. I offer a support group, office hours, a podcast, and books to nourish and celebrate your healing journey.
