I work with children, teens, and adults to manage and assist with difficulties that interfere with daily functioning, which include depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, grief and loss issues, divorce, and trauma while working together to reach goals in a safe and confidential environment.

My goal for all my clients in the therapeutic process is to develop practical solutions, gain insights, and develop appropriate strategies to address acute and ongoing complex issues. I have experience in working with older kids (8+), teens, young adults and parents who are stuck in a cycle where they feel unable to change. Many of my clients are dealing with anxiety and depression, and many are questioning whether there is more underneath. I have helped many families navigate the life-changing process of discovering and dealing with new diagnoses of ADHD (in particular girls and women), high functioning autism spectrum, learning disabilities, gifted issues and self-harm. I also work with kids struggling with behavioral issues and provide parent classes titled "When Everything's a Battle" and other topics.

Let me introduce myself to you. I graduated from University of Phoenix Utah in 2010 and moved back home to Helena Montana shortly after that. Since returning home I have been practicing therapy in Helena. My style is more solution focused brief therapy which focuses on improving strengths to help manage stressors.
