I support my clients in exploring what their "healthiest best self" might look and feel like. We work together in visualizing this, and identify challenges that may hinder progress. We use different modalities to process attachment disruptions and traumas that may be causing distress. We work to reframe old narratives that are no longer serving the client, into more supportive affirming perspectives. These perspective shifts help clients become closer to their "healthiest best self." I love to work with clients who are motivated for change, able to be self reflective, and are willing to try new things to get new results.

Whether in-person or online, I look forward to working with you on your change journey!
In life, change is inevitable. Sometimes we want it, and sometimes we don't. Sometimes it comes easy, and sometimes it's among the hardest thing we'll ever try to do. Themes central to experiencing change include tolerating uncertainties, having safe supportive others who can witness and support change, and having choice on the kinds of support needed to make sustainable change. I'm pleased to offer Psychotherapy to residents in the State of Montana, as well as Programs and Collective Healing Communities.

I currently have afternoon availability in person W/F or Mondays via telehealth from 10am-5pm.
I thrive with inner child therapy, helping adult children cope through family estrangement. I know for some of us we feel like a burden, we feel fed up, like we can't win at home, in our relationships, with our kids or at our jobs. We feel lonely and ashamed so we isolate. We self medicate. We numb out by doom scrolling because we feel so helpless. This is where therapy comes in. I love therapy and doing this job because I get to remind you that you are not alone. That someone sees you and understands you. There is hope for you. Hope for the life you envision. It starts today by simply asking for help.

I believe at the core of each of our experiences in life is our felt sense of feeling safe or unsafe in relationships and situations. I also believe that our nervous system is inherently linked to how we are responding to people & situations. The acknowledgement of our nervous system requires us to connect to our body & become an active observer of how we are managing or coping while being in the world. This process is focused on initially helping people begin to find things that make them feel better & resourced & then moving towards the "hot button topics" once we have reached a more resilient place in our systems.
