I have worked within a variety of settings (hospitals, Military, non-profit, Child Protective Services, in-home community services) with diverse individuals & populations that have provided me with valuable experiences. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, and other treatments that are supported by research. I help patients become aware of harmful patterns, and use mind body therapies including biofeedback and meditation.
