For the past 14 years, I have been working with clients as a mental health provider recover from life's challenges successfully. I strive to provide a safe space for my clients to; heal from their past hurts, become mindful of the present moment, and identify goals for their future.
My professional experiences has equipped to be an experienced trauma therapist to support clients from life's biggest challenges. I have been trained a number of evidence-based psychotherapies shown to provide meaningful results for clients in a short-time period.
